3. Non-Delivery & Refusal Responsibility
• Customer Responsibility: Deliberate refusal of delivery (without valid reason, e.g., damaged goods) will result in full shipping cost reimbursement to us.
• Valid Reasons for Refusal:

◦ Significant discrepancy between ordered/delivered items.
• Consequence of Unjustified Refusal:
We reserve the right to claim compensation for shipping fees (original + return) if refusal lacks valid justification, as per our Terms & Conditions.
