3. Non-Delivery & Refusal Responsibility​​

• ​​Customer Responsibility​​: Deliberate refusal of delivery (without valid reason, e.g., damaged goods) will result in ​​full shipping cost reimbursement​​ to us.

• ​​Valid Reasons for Refusal​​:

◦ Physical damage to packaging (photo evidence required).

◦ Significant discrepancy between ordered/delivered items.  

• ​​Consequence of Unjustified Refusal​​:
